History
Jefferis Peterson, a Web pioneer, produced one of the first magazines distributed over the Internet in 1993. The e-journal was called O Theophilus. It was distributed on Common Ground with graphics and text for Windows and Macintosh users.
Jefferis was also one of the first to produce full academic courses for the internet. He became a developer of online education services for The Center For Biblical Literacy, and he worked with that agency until 1998. Some of this early work is now available on The Scholar's Corner
In 1999, Jefferis launched Peterson Sales, as a web design and marketing company. His designs have already won several "Top Site" awards for his clients on places like NBCi and Christsites. He coordinates marketing campaigns and video productions for his clients.
Jefferis is also an inventor, and through his inventions and marketing he helped establish Pyne Tree Enterprises a manufacturer of hardware for the grocery industry. Through his work in a Pittsburgh trade agency, he marketed thousands of different retail and wholesale products. He has over 12 years of experience in marketing and sales.

E-Commerce Options and Database Services -
Prices for e-commerce packages vary greatly. For small accounts with few
items, there are low cost credit card services which have no monthly fees.
Or, if you wish to use your existing retail merchant account and phone
in all transactions, you can add Internet sales to your retail business
without a large expense. However, as your online business increases, these
options are no longer practical.
For as little $45 per month, plus merchant account fees, you can put up
a catalog of merchandise for automated, online sales. These static catalogs
must be updated manually. For larger businesses, you need high end database
services, searchable inventories, customer tracking, and an easily updated
cataloging system. Prices for such services start at $5,000.

If you want an original site, you need to be willing to pay for the time for the artist to design and create unique layouts. A stock page can be put up in a day, a page with original graphics may take 3 weeks to develop!

Music Composition and Sound Production - Jefferis Peterson has composed music and instrumental pieces which are played around the world. Original musical pieces are available for commercial license or you may commission an original work. Royalty and license agreements will vary according to the intended distribution. [Most popular pieces to date are Invention #1 and Come to the Table, which you may hear at the link above]. Peterson Sales' cooperative partner, Sound and Stage Productions, offers studio production services for sound. We have professionals to provide voice overs for your original text, or we can record and produce your original or licensed musical tracks for distribution on the Web, CD, VHS, and Beta.
Targeted Web Magazines
One of the unique services offered by Peterson Sales is the creation
of targeted web magazines. In 1994, Jeff Peterson produced one of the
first e-magazines distributed over the internet.
In traditional advertising, you may spend millions of dollars in an effort
to create brand loyalty and name recognition. For a fraction of that cost,
you can create an online, monthly magazine featuring stories and news
